A spouse that is cheating and have their “interests” elsewhere, are going to come up short in the intimacy department. You are probably pretty in tune with how your sex life has been over the span of your relationship so it should be easy to spot an all time low. If they are getting what they need from that new significant other, they are going to have little interest in you. It sounds harsh, but that is the fact of the matter. Even more whacked is that they probably would feel like they were cheating on their secret lover if they DID have sex with you! On the flip side, if your spouse suddenly is craving a “wild and crazy” sex life, that could also be a sign they are cheating on you.

If your spouse comes home one day with a new hair-do and the latest trendy clothes, you might suspect a cheating spouse. This is particularly true if your spouse rarely likes change. This new lover they are “ga-ga” over probably has a different look on style and fashion and they will probably adopt the look as their own – to impress them! Unless you can conclude they are going through some mid-life crisis or they can tell you why they are suddenly changing everything about themselves, you want to look deeper into their possible secret life!

A spouse that is cheating will have most of their attention on that new secret lover. This leads to a number of visible changes in character. They might daydream more, forget to do things they usually do or just plain show a dis-interest in anything that has to do with your relationship. All they are thinking about is the next encounter and everything else comes second to that. Along with these changes, they probably will become more defensive and quarrelsome. If they can get you upset, then more than likely you will leave them alone to dream about their secret life.
