For a cheater, the time they get with their secret lover is going to be when they are away from home. All sorts of excuses will come up that “unfortunately” keep them at work or other distant places. If your significant other seems to be spending an excessive amount of extra time late at work, you might want to investigate. An unannounced visit one night might reveal more than you expect! How legit are those out of town business meetings? And then there are the short trips they take from home – offering to go get the groceries or running errands for you – you know, the type of chores that rate up there with pulling teeth and paying taxes. Paranoid and Anxious Behavior

If your spouse is cheating, they are holding on to a secret. Their secret double life must remain a secret at all cost and so they are more on guard and aware; they don’t want to slip up. This appears as border-line paranoia and anxiety. Phones ring and they jump. When you two are out and about, they continuously scan the surroundings – just in case their secret lover is around. Your spouse comes home and you see they are wearing something that only a week ago they would not be caught dead in. Or maybe there is a change in the perfume/cologne they are using. Sudden changes to appearance is another indicator of a cheating spouse. The new lover they are “ga-ga” over probably has opinions about what they like and do not like. Your spouse will do everything possible to please them – even to the point of changing their appearance. This might also include hairstyle change, dieting, exercising, and even opinions and beliefs.
